With over 14 years in real estate and 5 years specialising in property management, Deli brings experience, reliability, and genuine care to her role as Senior Property Manager.

She is the main point of contact for both property owners and renters—overseeing maintenance, rental payments, insurance claims, and compliance. Deli is known for her calm approach, clear communication, and focus on finding practical solutions that work for everyone involved. Her real estate journey began as an international student with a growing interest in property investing. Combined with her background in hospitality and school administration, Deli has developed strong customer service and organisational skills that she brings to every interaction.

Deli is a valued member of the Melcorp team, recognised with the BEST Award – 2024 for her dedication and positive impact. Her love for baking (and Certificate III in Pastry and Baking) also earned her the People’s Choice Award – 2024, thanks to her now-famous cheesecake brownies.

Having lived and worked across Indonesia, the USA, and Australia, Deli brings a diverse, empathetic perspective to her work and is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, gym sessions and baking.
